DELIVERY INFORMATION

We strive to deliver your purchased mirrors in shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that you key in the correct shipping address before you place your order. If you want to change the shipping address, please send an email to us or notify us by call 017-3306620.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Confirmed orders will be delivered within 5 – 7 working days for West Malaysia. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday – Saturday). Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional of 2-3 working days.


DELIVERY POLICY

Mirror shop can only send orders to street addresses in West Malaysia. We are unable to ship to any International address.

At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging requested by customer is subject to additional charges such as bubble wrap.

Delivery Best Practices for a hassle free Online Shopping Experience.

The following are a few ‘best practices’ we recommend to be followed when placing orders with Mirror Shop in order to experience a smoother online shopping experience.

  • The order will be dispatched once the address, contact number and products to be delivered are confirmed. Alterations made to the delivery address on the day of delivery would result in delay in package delivered.
  • Our delivery team would contact you to make the delivery. Please ensure that the given number is reachable as the driver may need directions if unable to find the delivery location. If the recipient is unreachable during a specific time, please ensure that an alternative number is provided to avoid any hassle.
  • Our delivery team would at all times try our level best to deliver the package to the most convenient location for you. However, if deemed that certain access points are unreachable due to numerous reasons (Bypassing Security at Offices, Universities, Apartments), customer would be required to collect the package from the nearest reachable location.
  • If the customer wishes to change the date upon delivery, please note that the customer would be required to pay the extra delivery fee.
  • If  you’ve missed the first attempt at delivery, you have options.
